Tim is an experienced business leader with 20 years’ board level experience in commercial strategy, sales, and multi-site operations in the hospitality sector. Most recently he was Managing Director of one of the fastest growing contract caterers in the UK.

Tim brings experience in strategy, multi-site food operations, growth, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement.

"I have spent my career successfully creating shareholder value in the food and beverage industry, I want to use that experience to help FEAST tackle food insecurity and improving health in the communities that I have worked in.

Having worked with some amazing chefs over the years it’s inevitable that you get the cooking bug, I try to cook every day for the family. As well as dog walking and chasing around after 3 (2 now at university) kids, I am also a trustee at Borough Market.”
