Helen is Managing Director of Pocket Power, a social enterprise financial support provider, a business mentor and registered nutritionist, with 10 years experience in senior government roles focussed on homelessness and social exclusion.

Helen enjoys cooking, growing her own food on her allotment, cold water swimming, and walking in nature.
