Healthy Eating on a Budget Programmes
- Improves participants’ dietary habits and awareness of healthy eating.
- Improves budgeting for healthy eating.
- Enhances self-confidence, social interaction, and a sense of belonging.
Participants are fully engaged, actively asking questions, participating in exercises, which indicates a strong commitment to learning and implementing healthier habits and adopting longer-term behaviour change.
